• Your build will be crafted with the utmost level of care and completed to the highest standard. We only engage subcontractors who we trust and who carry out their work to the same high standard we hold ourselves to.
• You will be provided a clear and comprehensive fixed price contact – no hidden costs. Variations will be communicated in writing and will not progress without your written consent
• A completion clean will be undertaken before the final handover, so your build will be move in ready for you to enjoy.
• Your build is covered by both the Master Build 10 Year Guarantee and our very own, personal, GD Guarantee.
